Returns and Complaints

 

Withdrawal from the Contract

If you are a so-called privileged buyer, meaning:

A) a consumer

or

B) an individual for whom the contract concluded with us is directly related to your business activity, but is not professional in nature for you,

— you are generally entitled to withdraw from a distance contract.

You may withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal, for example via email sent to: biuro@emp3d.eu.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The fourteen-day withdrawal period begins when you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. In the case of a contract covering multiple goods delivered separately, in batches, or in parts, the period begins when the last good, batch, or part is taken into possession.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal declaration before it expires.

Please return the goods to us without delay to the following address:

but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract.

We will refund any payments you have made without delay, in accordance with the rules specified in the Store Terms and Conditions, but no later than 14 days from the date we receive your declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

 

If we have not offered to collect the goods from you ourselves, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof of having sent them back — whichever occurs first.

Please remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply, among others, to contracts:

  • in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated good manufactured according to your specifications or to meet your individual needs;

  • in which the subject of the service is a good liable to deteriorate rapidly or with a short shelf life;

  • in which the subject of the service is a good delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery;

  • in which the subject of the service is audio or visual recordings or computer software delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging was opened after delivery.

Complaints

The following information applies to privileged buyers. If you are not one, please refer to our Store Terms and Conditions for detailed complaint procedures.

If we improperly perform the contract concluded with you, you have the right to file a complaint — preferably via email: biuro@emp3d.eu, or by post to:

Maciejowice 24, 05-600 Maciejowice.

 

As a rule, we are liable for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years from that moment.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, in such a situation you may request:

a) replacement of the goods

or

b) repair of the goods.

In some cases you may also:

a) withdraw from the contract

or

b) submit a statement requesting a price reduction.
