Time of processing
We ship all items paid by bank transfer or online payment within 5 business days after the payment is credited to our account. However, we always strive to shorten this time as much as possible so that your purchased item reaches you as quickly as possible.
Shipments are delivered by courier companies – delivery time depends on the carrier, the type of shipment, and the recipient’s address. It usually takes up to 2 business days.
If you chose delivery to an InPost Parcel Locker, your package will be delivered to your selected Parcel Locker within a few business days (usually 2–3) from the moment it is dispatched.
Please note: When paying by online bank transfer, the delivery time is extended by the time it takes to process the transfer.
